After visiting the house and taking many photographs, I started designing the first mock-up as briefed.

After the client has proved the design, I started develping the website.

About the client

7 Tolbos is one of the most automated and luxurious houses ever! located in Platterkloof / Cape town area.

What are the skills I used during this project?

I used my photographer skills to take some nice pictures, combined with some provided by the client also.

I designed the website in Photoshop and coded it on Dreamweaver.

I used PHP5 / XHTML with nice CSS.

What was my role in this project?

I developed the website.

What kind of website is this?

The website is a fully custom CMS.

The process?

After the design has been provided, I started slicing the graphics and building the website with Php5/XHTML and CSS3.


The “Selling” page is dynamic page with a back-end interface that allows the administrator to add car’s ads easily to the database: create/delete/update ads, add pictures as well.


I coded then the filter search that has been added to the “Selling” page to let users filter car ads by criteria.

The website has been reinforced with some JQuery, Flash and a Lightbox for better usability.

What are the skills I used during this project?

Php/MySQL, XHTML & nice CSS, all in Dreamweaver.

Photoshop for graphics.

I custom built all the website and the back-end for the admin.

What was my role in this project?

I developed the overall website.

What kind of website is this?

The website is an online shop powered by Joomla! with Virtuemart – Shopping cart component.

The process?

After meeting with the client and drawing the main lines of the process, Kristoph started designing the overall look and feel that the client wanted.

As soon as I had the mock-up ready, I started developing a custom joomla template and setting up the Shopping Cart component.

Once the shop was set up, I started with Virtuemart template and all the work-arounds and code to customize the shop as the client desired.

What are the skills I used during this project?

Php/MySQL, XHTML & nice CSS, all in Dreamweaver.

Photoshop for graphics.
I customized all the modules and components and developed Joomla! template and Virtuemart template.
